If your purchase arrives to you damaged or faulty we ask that you contact us via email at "firstname.lastname@example.org". We will then ask you to return the item/items within 30days of purchase. A refund will only be issued once we receive the damaged/faulty item and it has been inspected. If a refund has been approved the payment will be returned (excluding postage) via the same payment method used to purchase the item.
What to do if you are unhappy with your purchase:
If for some reason you are unhappy with any or all of your items purchased we ask that you contact us via email at "email@example.com" and then return the item/items in their original packaging unused. All items will be inspected before a refund (excluding postage) can be issued. For hygiene reasons items returned in an unsaleable condition cannot be refunded.
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be returned.
